Freelance Gardeners

Our operations are expanding and we're looking for new gardeners for the 2026 season.

If you're an experienced gardener who is used to working independently and would like to take advantage of the freelance business model we offer, please drop us a message and we can chat further about it.

We work on a job profit-share basis by providing clients to work with and bikes equipped with all necessary gardening tools, whilst supporting our gardeners at all times. We also cover all aspects of financial management and insurance allowing gardeners to get on with gardening whilst we take care of the boring logistical business stuff.

It's also common for our gardeners to share their workload between work that we provide and their own established freelance clients and we're happy to work with gardeners in a variety of capacities.

If you are interested, please send a c.v or info about yourself to callum@cyclinggardeners.co.uk, and we will also share further detailed info on how the role works.
